The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include (but is not limited to) the following:

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Affiliates will only be granted affiliate status upon submitting an application and the subsequent approval of the application. Affiliates will only refer Service Users via the unique weblink provided.
Data Protection and Privacy Compliance:
Affiliates will not have access to any personal or sensitive information of Service Users. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from collecting or requesting personal information from individuals they wish to refer. This is to ensure full compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. Affiliates must ensure that any marketing or promotional activities they engage in comply with all applicable data protection laws and guidelines.
Self-Billing and Payment:
Affiliates are entitled to £50 for every installation that we are able to conduct as a result of their referral. Payment will be made on the Friday following the completed installation. Affiliates will be kept up to date with the leads they provide via email, phone, or WhatsApp, including notifications when a lead submits their details and a weekly report via email.
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations in relation to the earnings received through our affiliate program. We may offer a self-billing arrangement, where we generate invoices on behalf of the affiliate. Affiliates opting for self-billing must agree to the terms of the self-billing agreement, which includes consent for us to issue invoices on their behalf in compliance with HMRC regulations.
Permissible Affiliates:
Affiliates may include individuals or organisations such as charities, foodbanks, religious institutions, etc. These entities are required to operate within the scope of UK law, particularly concerning data protection, marketing practices, and tax regulations.
ECO4 Near Me and Energy Grant Service are brands owned and operated by House of Empirium. These brands are used to facilitate the collection of information from potential leads, which is then used to connect you with local ECO4 installers.
